Plow seasons coming, fuel leak,still no start.
 

So I installed the new IPR now the Guage reads 250 psi (instead of the 500 with old ipr)went to unhookin the icp and noticed that fuel drain is leaking pretty good. Fuel pressure gauge reads 0 ,of course. As always looking for guidance. Any thoughts.

Was the IPR a Motorcraft unit? Because the the big chain auto part stores don't normally work well.
The fuel pressure has to be checked while cranking, no efuel on our rigs.
Make sure oil level is right, make sure the HPOP reservoir is full with oil, unplug the ICP and see if it starts.
