F Series Super Duty grille on E-350?
 

Quick question, are the grilles from F series super duty trucks interchangeable with E series grilles?

I have a 2008 E-350 Super Duty

I'd like to put one of the F-Series grilles that says "Super Duty" on my van, but don't want to take on a project because I just don't have the time right now.

I've looked all over the internet to no avail.
Any help would be great.

I dont think it will fit.
I do recall seeing what looked like someone grafting part of a F350 front clip onto a van..Looked like a bunch of work.
