Glad to hear from you Gator. Hope everyone is doing well. Mrs and I are staying in a hotel while Entergy tries to restore power to our neighborhood. Took a hit with the weather last night.Minor damage but too damn hot to stay in the house without power.

Hope everyone's weekend is straightening out or going in the right direction. Its been funky/disjointed for me since the Fourth & can' t seem get back on track. If yours is working for yah', good for all of ya'll.

Bandaid repairs on AC ain't gonna' make it. Pulled trigger on HVAC contractor & replacement unit this AM. Going to be a funky-assed couple of days, but in the end, cool & efficient... I hope.

97 today, 98 Thur, 99+ Fri. :'(

7-21 spent assisting AC installers doing HVAC replacement in hellish confines of our metal roofed attic. Suggested (by me) start time of 6:00 AM, actual 8:30. Estimated finish, 3 PM, actual, 6:15. Thought one guy wasn't going to make it.

8:30, system goes down... Company owner came out & we find loose wire.

Good system, good people, we're happy & cool.

Glad you got the A/C all worked out. Mine went down last year and was out for a week. That was miserable. This year we are good so far.

So here we are winding down the week, and I'll be the first to tell you, I need the weekend so I can get some rest.

Happy Monday said no one....muggy and rainy on the coast as usual this time of the year.

Month is almost gone. Spent some time this week assembling heads & hogging out an intake manifold that is going full Frankenstein when completed.
