Engine stand
 

I'm need to pull my 95 7.3 and am stumped on what stand to buy. I've heard 1000, 1250 and 2000. I've looked at several 2000 and the reviews were they tipped over holding a 454 Chevy. What do you all use? Where did you buy it and what model did you get?

I appreciate any and all help

This is the one I have. The only thing I did to it was added a grease zerk to the collar

I got one very similar to the link above from HF and have used it for years.
It's certainly not very happy with that motor on it, but it's held up well. It's a pain to roll around and a pain to flip the motor over, but it works.
Do not go for anything less than 2k capacity.

Jim I added a grease zerk to the collar and out powdered graphite in the wheels and it rolls pretty easy
