Spring swap

I bought new springs from a moog dealer for my front awd 94 Aerostar. I don't think they will fit there very fat . It's going to be between 107-115 all week in Vegas so I'll wait. Ther cc850. I bought a front end lift to give me a 2" lift. I want to run 235-75-15 that should give me 8" ground clearance. Factory is 6" with 205-75-14
Any input is welcome

Those are front springs for rwd Aerostars; they will not fit on your 4wd version.

The 235 width tire may get too close to the front brake hose, especially if you install them onto a wider wheel. I checked this out at my local salvage yard with an Explorer wheel that had a tire that size. The size most commonly known to not have rubbing or interference issues is 215/65/15 on a 15x7 Explorer wheel.

I today was a none eventful day. I tryed to take the lugs off some smoe impack the crap out of them I had to max out the impack gun to 250 lbs. at 225 zip... After that I forced the rim off I posted on the other Aerostar fourm the holes for the axle hole was octogone shape not round. I retighten the lugs to 100 lbs with a tork wrench. While trying to compress the spring to put my lift in the compressor snap. Then I checked the rubber bushing dry rot and I could use new pads. My rotors look good smoth as glass no heat marks but the caliper boots rubber dirty gummy and cracked. My explain low peddle. Can I replace the rubber bushings or just have a front end shop do it because I subspect I would throw the alinment out. Hope your Father's Day was better than mine.
Robert
