My 20 foot Hallmark is almost like yours except I did not get the V-nose. I wired mine for 110V so I could plug is in to get better lighting and also to run a trickle charger when I store one of my wife's cars inside. It's like having another garage, only one on wheels.

8 1/2 x 20, I guess. 10K GVWR? Looks about like mine. Are you using an equalizer hitch? Like Ranger Pat says, another garage.

That will haul a lot of truck parts to shows!

ChuckRob 04-25-2016 10:43 AM

I wish that I got a V nose when I bought mine.

Nice trailer...it's been on my bucket list for awhile. I looked at a really nice enclosed trailer at the Del Mar Goodguys show, made by Jim-Glo and the walls were honeycomb with no need for inner supports. I didn't ask "how much" because I knew it was going to be pricey.

Man you guys are lucky! It's not the dollar expense that I'm
worried about. I can't imagine what I would owe my wife for one of those!

Nice looking trailer. Double duty for me. Mobility and storage space.

Am so close to getting a trailer such as your's . Will be this yr. some time . Did you get it to haul your truck & if so the dimensions please . Inside floor & height , length , left side door & etc. Am planning on hauling the stock truck with it to out of town shows . Am looking at around $3900.00 for a 22 ft. L x 8 ft. wide V nose . Thanks , Denny

Mine is a 20' long 8.5' wide and 7' tall I had to spec the 7' tall as my 56 is 6'2" and on a 6.5' high trailer the rear door opening is 6'2" now my rear door opening is 6'8"

I use a very old reese load leveler system and it is fantastic on my open trailer. I have not used it with the enclosed as of yet but will be soon.

It towed fantastic as I had to go 100 miles to pick it up. I will be using this for the f100 supernats dual purpose, one for hauling parts and two to sleep in at the show. I had a 6'x10' enclosed that worked fine but, I have a huge load of parts being delivered to the supernats and I wouldn't be able to bring it all home if some didn't sell

I learned a long time ago that if you are trailering a show vehicle on an open trailer and it rains...... you might as well drove it because it gets just as dirty!

Kevin , thanks for the info . AM looking at the 7 ft . tall upgrade also . Does yours have a LS door ? That would be an upgrade also .

A LS door is almost a must have. I had to build ramps on the floor to get my Mustang high enough so that I could open the door to get out. Without the ramps the door would hit the wheel well and I could not open it. The truck is high enough and the door would open into the LS door.

bigwin56f100 04-26-2016 07:20 PM

I didn't do the LS door. I'm thinking a small wireless remote winch will work fine to get my truck inside once a year

firstrider 04-26-2016 08:38 PM

Finalizing the order on an white 8 1/2 x 20 ft. V nose w 3500# axles . Only upgrades were 7 ' tall , spare , 48" LS door and 4 D-rings mounted in floor for under $4K . We will pick it up in S. GA. then drive to N.Atalanta & pickup a Porsche 944 & bring it back as opposed to making a trip w/ the open trailer to get the 944 then another trip to s. Ga,. to get the trailer .The customer w/ the 944 can wait .It has been sitting in his garage for 8 yrs. so what in another month and he would rather transport it in an enclosed trailer any way .Will post pics of it when received .

Nice trailer. How does your F150 tow it? I guess depends on which motor it has. Later this year or next I'd like to get one with the turbo 6 as I know someone who tows a large camper with his and he says it tows perfectly.
I've towed my mustang with an open trailer to the track with 3 different vehicles and the 92 f150 with the 4.6 had the most trouble doing it. 03 trailblazer with the v8 did better and my current Jeep GC with the 5.7 has the least amount of trouble. Tows the girls 2 horses and trailer pretty well too, but I'd really like to go back to a pickup. Hope to use the 55 also to take the car to the track once in a while (351W).
