tie down rings

Looking for options. Like the pop-up style that go in the bed like these

Truck Tie Downs - Bull Ring - Chevy - Ford - Dodge - GMC - Toyota
but they don't list back to the my year (1989).

These look ok but concerned they won't fit or they'll rust quickly.

Also interested in the rail systems like this.
or this

All opinions welcome.

I know it's not the pop up style, but I can crank on these as hard as I want and they don't flex the metal at all

2,600lb d-rings

I *REALLY* like the simplicity of that setup, and the low cost, and that the rings are low down on the bed. Is there a good place up front to also do that?

I haven't got around to mounting any in the front of my bed yet.
But I would probably mount them on the floor of the bed, and make sure they are bolted through one of the crossmembers underneath. Or use a pretty large backing plate.
