Sluggish '97 F350 CC 460 Auto

Hey guys here's what I've got. Mods in order of completion over about a 3-4 year span.
-K&N Filter set up, air horns cut out
-Throttle body spacer
-Hedman headers
-Cat back duals with flowmasters
-6" lift
-37" Military take offs
-New exhaust from the Y back, dummy cat to flowmaster duals (This set up is loud as hell, not really a fan).

I drove it some before the second exhaust job and had no problems. Now it seems as though its bogging and holding the lower gears too long. I have to turn OD off thru town so I don't get bucked off. Is the dummy cat my problem? Struggles with a 5x10 covered trailer with only about 1000 lbs on it. Empty & no trailer I'm getting right 7 mpg (not that I care about that just providing the info) Any ideas? Back pressure? Gearing? Timing? Thanks

Codes?
Fuel Pressure?
What gear ratio?
Has the PSOM been recalibrated for those tires?

No codes, stock gears (4:10 I believe, not positive though), speedo recalibrated. The motor runs fine. I dont think there is a fuel problem. Although the fuel filter is stock.

No codes,

No codes or no check engine light? BIG difference.

There are several stock ratios, what is the axle code on the drivers door pillar?

No cel I'll get them pulled at autozone or somewhere this week. Good call.
Axle code: C5? Could that be it? Was on the bottom of the sticker.
How exactly do I check the pressure?

Thanks for helping me out.
