1995 F-350 headlights

Help. My 95 F-350 headlights will not shut off and the horn blows continuously. Also the door chime for the key in ignition chimes rather the key is in the ignition or not. Also the theft flashing light flashes continuously. What the cuss is going on? Thank you to anyone who might have a clue.

Did you smell anything burning before this happened? Sounds like you had a melt down

No melt down. Nothing burned. I have been having a problem with the PSOM module causing shift problems and such. Changed out the PSOM and that problem is solved. Plan to chase wiring and look for shorts.
Thanks for the reply, Bird Dog.

Did a previous owner crappily install alarm/keyless entry? Sounds like that is likely the issue, there is no factory system on this old of a truck that I'm aware of (could be wrong but I've never even seen a flashing theft light) that flashes lights or honks horns.

I am the original owner and that is the mystery. I can hook up the batteries, crank the engine, let it run for a time, and about 10-15 minutes after I shut the engine down, the horn starts blowing continuously. Just noticed the last time that the headlights were on. Pulled the headlight switch out of the dash and they continued to be lit. It has to be a relay of some sort.
Thanks for replying.

The 1995 trucks had a factory anti-theft option. Check the owner's manual for how to disarm it.

Update - I just remembered, I posted the relevant owner's manaul pages to another forum site a while back. In case you don't have an owner's manual, here they are:

There is no relay for the headlights, power comes from the fuse to the switch then straight to the lights, you've got wires crossed somewhere.

If you pull the horn pad off the wheel does it quit??
