GEM module failure ?

So recently I started having trouble with my power windows not working , power door locks not working , power mirrors not working and then ..... my wiper and washer not working.

Ill start the truck in the morning and everything will be fine for awhile then slowly .... it will start with the windows, doors and mirrors not working and eventually the wipers and washer.
After the truck sits overnight , it will all work fine and then restart.
Also before they fully fail , I can hear my power window relay click when I push the up button but no click when pushing down.

I read about the GEM failing due to windshield seals failing and I noticed some fair amount of surface rust on all the metal components under the dash/steering column area .

Pulled the truck into my garage and poured water onto my windshield while looking under the dash for any visible signs of leaking = none

Removed the fuse box and GEM module and opened the GEM module but found no moisture in any of it other than a wee bit of corrosion on some of the spades of the fuse box.

While I had it apart I used compressed air and blew all the dust out of everything. Put it back together and crossed fingers = still INOP

Sound like a need a new GEM module ?
