'87 F250 4x4 Parking Brake Pedal assy ? Where to find one ?

The used '87 F250 4x4 I bought came without a parking brake assy and the cable assy. to reach the rear cables.

Any ideas where I can find them ? Nothing on ebay or amazon so far.
