TSB 95-15-11 NO START, HESITATION-STUMBLE- INTERMITTENT STALL 4.9L, 5.0L, 5.8L AND 7.5L ENGINES

My 1995 Bronco 5.8L starts and runs with the SPOUT jumper removed but has a crank with intermittent no start with the SPOUT jumper installed. I will be performing the service discussed in this TSB:
