Headlight Chrome Trim on an 89
 

I had to remove the chrome plastic trim around
one of the headlights and ruined the little
plastic rivots used to hold it in place. Go
to the local dealer to get some new ones and they
get that glazed duh look on their faces so I
knew I was SOL. The smallest Autozone has that
I have found is 1/4". The hole in the headlight
brackets appear to be 1/8 to 3/16" and it can't
be more than 1/4" long. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try the local NAPA store..if they dont have in stock..and you can identify the photo/size in their book of body hardware, they have it the next day. Otherwise, an auto paint supply or body shop is good also.
