rear view mirror compass,temp.

hey guys, got some questions.

first,
can or has anyone install a rear view mirror with the temp and compass in there 92 f150s?
if you did or can be done is there a right up for it?

also

was at the junkyard the other day and this 85 f150 has a nice sliding rear glass in it. could i take it out of that truck and put it in my 92 f150? lmc truck saids it would go in.80-96.

other question.

the rear abs light is on in the dash, i check the computer but it just has a code for the fuel pump nothing about the abs. how would i go about checking what is at fault?

On the mirror, someone has done it here on FTE, but I can't remember who. Use the search.

10-4 on the glass, you'll need a new gasket.

Don't worry about the ABS, cut some holes in your floor boards. It'll stop...

I put one in my 99 Chevy pickup. I think I bought the kit from Summit Racing, don't remember...long time ago. I want to say it was 200.00. It;s real easy to install too. hang it where your stock one was and run the temp sensor out to the core support, Mount it on the inside of the grill away from engine heat and run the power. You get compass and temP. If your going to pull one from a salvage yard you need the harness. The mirror I bought was the same one GM was using at the time. I think the Co that made it made them for other car brands.
