1998 Ford F150 4x4 Offroad

Just bought this truck, needed a head gasket. Replaced it and just found original window sticker inside glovebox. What does this window sticker mean?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

It means at one time or another the truck was new....and for sale....

What do you mean "what does this mean"? In relation to your head gasket the only thing the window sticker confirms is that you have a 4.6

Thanks captain obvious was referring to the fact that it says vehicle not for sale and doesn't have pricing.

Congrat's Captain Vague, you now asked a actual question that can be answered.

Often vehicles are produced before all the government paperwork is complete and before the final prices are set. The window stickers on these vehicles say NOT FOR SALE. When everything is ready Ford sends the dealers new window stickers. The one on that truck didn't get replaced and that's common on early model year productions.
