So everyone is clear, no PayPal account is necessary to send money to a PayPal account, if that makes sense. A credit card is all you'd need, pre-paid card, etc.

We did something similar for hellfirejim getting fenders to him. I think Stu managed the money so he would have info on how to set it up.
