Oil filter spring retainer broken. !!!!!!!

So I was going to change my oil and fuel filters.
The oil filter spring assembly, whatever it is, the top part was broken. The little black plastic piece was snapped off, and the little spring was sideways.
I lost the little black plastic thing, when trying to wiggle it loose it sprung off into the engine bay.

Or is that little spring and plastic piece that I lost from the filter?
It was changed last at the dealership.

Ah yeah.
Heres what happened:
oil tube repair - 6.0l filter housing

had that happen to me last year. very easy to replace the oil filter stand pipe. one screw after you take the filter out, turn the plastic stand pipe and it pulls right out.

Yeah but it's 100$ lol. frick.
I know online they're cheap, but I wanted it now, so got the dealership to get one.

Will this cause a no start? Oil does not fill in the housing when cranking, even when pushing down on the bypass valve. My snap on modis shows 10psi of oil pressure
