Help with rust repair panel parts list; rear door?
 

I need to replace the bottoms of my rear super cab doors (the half doors).

I see online I can get a rear lower door skin for a super cab. But I cannot find any inners door pieces. It only makes sense if the door rots, it separates the inner from outer.

When I look at crew cabs (the full rear door) I can find the outer door skin, and the inner door lower..

Nothing for the super cab inner door! And the super cab outer skin is more expensive than the crew cab outer skin, which has is almost twice it's size?

So is the super cabs door skin include both, inner and outer? Or what am I missing here?

Finally getting around to body work!

If you have that much rust in your doors I'd take a look at your windshield frame as well. My doors are rust free, surface rust underneath with two holes I was planning to weld until last week. Windshield trim popped out on the upper passenger side showing nothing but rust. Cheaper for me to replace the cab.....

Only the bottom rear doors and one can corner.

I haven't seen anything for the inner doors for supercabs, only the crew cab doors. I'd like to find the inner rockers for a crew cab though...

Browns of Two Rivers sells nice quality panels. I had thought about doing the inner and outer lower panels on my doors, but picked up rust free doors instead. Heard it is a PITA. Here's a link; Browns of Two Rivers

So what options do i have? My origional doors had destroyed body lines, everyone wanted too much for rust free doors, I thought they made panels so I picked up a set of all 4 doors with glass and everything, a deal I thought I couldn't pass up... Now I'm thinking I screwed up... Crap..

What does everyone do for the inner bottom rear door rust fix? Is it easy to make out of plain sheet metal?

I'm in the same boat, Did you find any inner rear door metal?
