Grinding Ball Joints?

I've got an '02 Ranger, about 24,000 miles, all highway. When turning sharply left or right, I'm hearing a grinding noise in the ball joints. From what I can see, there are no grease fittings. Is there anythig I can do, or should I take it into my dealership for service?

since your truck is under warranty I would let the dealership fix it.
