351w won't stay running
 

I have a 94 f250 351w ... The other day on my way home from work the truck randomly started acting up. It acted like it was governed at half throttle in every gear and once I hit half throttle it'd just spit and sputter... I tried starting it to pull it in the garage to work on it last night and it would fire up for about 2 seconds sputter out and die ... If I feathered the throttle itd barely stay running and ran like ****... I put a new fuel pressure regulator in it and it still is doing it ... I have no idea what else could be wrong ... Any help is very much appreciated ...THANKS

I am thinking fuel pump or filters. How is the fuel
pressure?

I have the same truck and the best investment so far has been an Equus 3145 code reader.

I just had the fuel pump out a few months back and it was runnin great and I can hear it kick on every time I turn the key ... While I had the pump out I replaced the gas tank and the fuel filter

So, that was a few months ago. Check the fuel pressure.
