07 Expedition EL A/C Blowing Warm Air

Compressor is not kicking in. I have checked all the fuses and they are good. I swapped the relay with another and still nothing. Don't have any gauges. Can't find an accumulator or pressure switch anywhere. I did jumper the relay.... that made the clutch spin, but it wouldn't engage the compressor. Even tried to help it with a few taps with a hammer. Any thoughts?

Have you checked to see if you have any refrigerant in the system? Perhaps there is a small leak somewhere and it has leaked out. I might be mistaken, but I believe that these systems have a pressure sensor in them and the compressor will not engage if the pressure is too low, to prevent damage to the internals of the compressor.

Give this thread a read as well, it might be able to help you

I found an old Walmart can of refrigerant in my shop with the cheapo gauge on it. I put it on my truck's (A/C works) suction line and read about 100# of static pressure. Put it on my wife's Expedition and got 0#. Lots of residue on the hose just downstream of the dryer... or whatever the can is between the compressor and condenser. I'm going to take it to my mechanic tomorrow and get it fixed properly.
