instrument cluster lights wont trun on

My instrument cluster lights won't turn on but all the of the other all do work

FYI..... There is a separate fuse for them....

Fuse 10, 4 amp, in the dash fuse panel.

no power to fuse 10

I have no power to one side of fuse 10. The fuse doesn't blow. The high beam blue light, the engine yellow light, and turn singles lights come on. All the gauges work. Do you have a wire diagram? Can you tell me were to start with the diagram. Which color wire and where to start testing.Thanks

If you have power on one side of the fuse, but not the other, it's blown.
