'95 Clutch Squealing??

I've got a 1995 F250 with the ZF five-speed, and I've noticed it squeals (not loudly, I mistook it for belt squealing until I had a closer listen to it) when the clutch pedal is out.

I've noticed that as it becomes warmer, it becomes harder and harder to take off from stop (clutch grabs on much further out than usual).

I'm assuming I've got a bad throwout bearing, but I'm not entirely sure. Is my clutch going bad?

Classic signs, time for a new clutch. Do yourself a favor and replace the slave while you are in there.

Thanks! I'll get to work on it then.

While I've got your attention, what parts / fluid / grease would you recommend??
