Ford 6.0 diesel horsepower

I just bought a 2006 Ford 6.0 diesel, E 350, 5 speed automatic van. I'm told that a 6.0 diesel in a F series pickup has 325 H.P. but in my van it's only 235 H.P.. Can anyone tell me why or what the difference actually is and how I can get this engine up to the 325 H.P. measure. What did Ford do to de tune this engine and why? Thanks, Tom.

And to answer your question you need at least 3 K in Parts.....to make it reliable.....
EGR Delete / Coolant filter ...ARP Studs .....FICM.......Bigger Injectors.....4-5 " exhaust no CAT.... Tuning .....The "good " Turbo ( Non VV around 2k just for unit).....SO.... 5 K to make it fly....and not grenade.....It never ends........
