Best Gear Lube For Eaton Truetrac

Finally getting time to install my Eaton Truetrac in my '96 F250 4X4.

Just looking for some opinions on gear lube. Truetrac does not require any friction additive. Just curious what you all are using.

Thanks

Todd

Since many of my vehicles have a limited slip everything gets posi additive.

No personal experience, but since the TrueTrac doesn't use friction clutches I wouldn't think you'd want to use any typical limited slip additive. Being in the frigid north I like to use synthetic gear lube to keep it from solidifying on winter mornings, so I'd go that route with a TrueTrac as well. Otherwise just a good gear lube.
