Those look to be exactly what came stock from the factory.

For future reference, all stock wheels off the Excursion throughout the model range will fit. 99% certain the same applies for 99-07 Super Duty's as well.

Actually no that isn't correct. In 2005 the Super Duty trucks got a new suspension with coil over front end. The result included different spacing on the rims. Therefore, 99-04 work without spacers, that is why everyone looks for the 2004 18" rims.

Ford went with standard 17" rims starting on 05 for the Super Duty line while the Excursion was unchanged as it was being phased out of the Ford lineup.

Stick to 99-04 wheels and you will be good. Find the magical 2004 18's and you'll look great too!
