My name is Martin and I'am from Slovakia/EU... :)
In my country is few BII and one which I like is 89' BII with motor from Ford Scorpio V6 2,9L 12V.alves. Is it the same that BII 2,9?
Know somebody tech. info about this motor?

Do you have the picture of the engine? If so, could you please show it on here? (And if it's on your web site the site isn't working because of some 20 MB bandwidth limit) I'll look on the Internet for pictures of a Ford Scorpio engine.

Oh, and also, are you talking about the European 2.9 for the BII or the US 2.9 for the BII? If the European, then I have no clue because I don't know anything about the European motors.

A limited number of European Fords were imported into the US under the Merkur label. Some of them came with the 2.9 V6. This engine is from the same family as the 2.9 used in the Bronco II / Ranger. I don't know how many parts are interchangeable. The intake is significanly different. Perhaps the long block is the same.

the ford 2.9 v6 is the same internally on both the truck and car. The intakes and exhaust manifolds are different also the drive belt pulleys may be different.

Man, do I wish I could get numbers like that out of the BII. If it was possible to afford a motor swap with one of those I'd do it, and modify it! But then again, do the Cosworth 2.9's drop in or do they require different motor mounts and stuff?
