'41 truck Passenger door lock removal

Our new '41 lacks a key and when I peer through the hole in the jamb I do not see a set screw to loosen for removal.
Am I out of luck or?
Also, new replacements are cheap on ebay, what is the "best" replacement source/brand?

If my memory is right I had an insex screw from the back of the door.
