What bumper is this???

Hey so Ive seen this truck in ads for the "DP truck giveaway". I dont care about the give away I just want to know what type of bumper is on the front of the powerstroke. Could it be a fusion model for a newer truck just modified to fit the OBS?

Look at Fusions website. They sell them for the OBS Ford trucks...
