Name of this water outlet part?

Hello again, fellas. When replacing the thermostat on my '82 F100 straight six, I broke the right side flange on my water outlet/thermostat housing because I'm a gorilla, so I know I need a new one.

However, the part attached that connects the heater core and some vacuum lines is absolutely seized on and will not come off without being destroyed as well. What exactly is this piece called, so I know what to ask for when getting a new one? Not one of the three books I have has anything about this.

Same goes for this plastic vacuum piece, which I should probably replace as well:

While I'm at it, which aftermarket water outlet fits and works the best? One review on Advance said the one they offer doesn't have enough space for the bolt heads. That sounds kinda crazy and terrible and I've had enough of both for now.

Any and all help is much appreciate as always.

Not sure of the name but I had that same problem with Auto Zone...the holes for the bolts holding the thermostat housing were aligned wrong....you couldn't get a socket on the bolt head. Wherever you buy one take the bolt and socket with you to test.

That's the vacuum delay valve. Works with the EGR though this one appears combined with another delay valve (the vacuum diagram on the radiator support will tell for sure) ~Bill
