1990 F-150 Styleside
 

Son is sort of looking to replace a 2001 Sable that I gave years ago. He's got an eye on a 1990 F-150 Styleside regular cab. The truck looks very clean and we'll kept according to the dealers photos on the web. Truck is 4WD, auto, with 98,000 miles on it. I ran the vin through the decoder and see that it has the 5.8L in it. It was also assembled in Norfolk, VA and is still in the area. Dealer is asking $4,000 for it. Since I'm 1/2 way across the country from him and can't really help him to much, what should he look at? Any problems areas?
