Backup light question

Were the '57-'60 fridges equipped with backup lights? I have this light mounted on My rear bumper, was wondering if this is a factory light, or an add on

It's not factory. Maybe dealer installed. Even the ones mounted under the
tail lights as far as I know was dealer installed.

Backup lights were not available until 1967.
