Engine missing, coughing during acceleration

I have a 1992 F250 4X4 with a 460. When I accelerate, my truck has been missing, skipping. Don't know what the cause is. Suggestions?

How old are the plugs, wires, cap & rotor?

How long has this issue been happening?

Any other mods or parts replaced?

Have you checked for codes?

Have you checked the fuel pressure?

this happened with my truck I changed the fuel filter and it ran great! Hope that help.

I agree with rla2005, do some basic tests. Fuel pressure, read the plugs, run the codes, believe you can jump the pins.

Has the vehicle sat for a while?

Have you performed, or anyone changed any parts on it?
