Vintique Steering wheel 1967

I recently purchased an ebay special steering wheel for my 67' F100. The make was Vintique. In any event, I was pretty excited when it arrived. I attempted to install the wheel but it would not go all the way down. Anyone else have the same problem with the Vintique wheel? Supposedly, it fits a bunch of F100 years and some Falcon, I believe.

Haven't looked into these steering wheels at all but did you check for the right spline count for the shaft and wheel? Any taper or damaged splines? They could stop it from going on the whole way. Is the wheel hitting the turn signal, horn mechanism or anything else not allowing it to slide down the shaft whole way. Just some things to check also check the bore diameter.

The spline count should be 36x and shaft size is 3/4" if this is correct then like crazy bronco says check that the blinker return finger tabs are aligned so the wheel hub seats..
