5.4, 3 valve.. Rough idle
 

My 05 had plug change yesterday, 5 out of 8 broke..still idling very rough. When I first start it when it's cold it runs fine. When it gets to operating temperature is when it idles very rough at 750 rpm. If I give a bit of gas to 1000 rpm it smartens up. Any thoughts, advice ?
