trouble with my 98 navigator
 
my 98 navigator seems like its going to stall when the rpms drop below 1000, I changed the spark plugs and coil packs and still does it. it runs great when driving down the road. thank u

Yes if it was an electrical issue, but not if the mechanical portion was dirty and sticking, which is usually the case.

Vacuum leaks tend to raise the idle and not cause stalling thanks to the extra air flow.

Just changed the iac and still idling rough doesn't seem as bad but still bad enough any other idea?
