P0430

Hi I just picked up a 2006 F150 4x4 w/5.4 motor. It has 63,xxx on the clock and the 8yr/80k emissions warranty lapsed Feb of this year :(

In any case my truck threw a code the other day P0430, just that code, doing some research i can't seem to find a good solid answer on this...is itthe CATs or the O2 sensors (i believe that code reads for drivers side correct?)

My truck is smooth no misfires accelerates pretty smooth too. The CEL went off for a day then came back on so it's intermittent. spark plugs were changed in march (as per carfax) this is actually the latest entries of maintenance in carfax:

the dealer i bought it from had an oil change performed 2 months ago as per window sticker when it was put up for sale. Now i'm trying to find out what my best course of action is without dropping a few hundred on new cat and 2 o2 sensors. I live in NY so I NEED to pass emissions which i need to do in the next 25 days.
