Adjustable pedals switch
In my 2003 F250 I did not get the adjustable brake and gas pedals. In the dash where the rocker switch is suppose to be for this it is blocked off. I was wondering if this is just a "plug" that can be removed and then reinstalled or does it have to be actually cut out of the dash to be removed? The reason I ask this is that I am a volunteer fire fighter and EMT and this would be the perfect spot to mount a light or siren switch, but I do NOT want to have to cut the dash. It seems that a while back that somebody posted that they removed this same "plug" but I don't know if they had to cut it out. I can't find the post now to see either. Any help is appreciated.:-D

Adjustable pedals switch
If it has a seam around it, it'll pop out. If it's molded as a part of the dash face, it has to be cut.

Adjustable pedals switch
When I looked at the "plug" it does have a seam around it. I tried pushing on it with my thumb and all it did was kinda move that part of the dash. I didn't want to push to hard and break something that I shouldn't. Even though it has the seam around it could it still need to be cut out or am I just not doing something right?

Try to get inside & push it out. Maybe use a flashlight & mirror to look at the backside of it.
