Posting attachments?

So what firey hoops must I jump through to be able to post pics on this forum? I've been a member since 2010, and have more than five posts, but I'm still not allowed to post attachments, etc,...

what did you have to do? I'm in the same boat want to post pics of my econoline truck and 63 uni short box but it says I may not post attachments
