Got an X!

We needed an excursion to pull out toy hauler so we could open the back for our dogs while the trailer was hitched, so we found and bought out 2000 Excursion Limited a few days ago. It had an 8" lift when we found it, but we felt that was just ludicrous (and un-needed compensation...) so we had the dealer pay to bring it back down to 4".
Love the v-10 torque and raspy sound. I plan on headers, and maybe the y-pipe. Going to service the trans and flush the coolant, as well as replace the plugs.
We had already planned on calling the big, green, beast "Hulk" when it was solidified when we found a small Hulk toy in the jack compartment.

Nice EX, I like the name "Hulk", Our's is the Jolly Green Giant. :D
What ToyHauler do you have? We used to tow an '05 Victory Lane 28SRV, I had to beef up the suspension a little to make the tongue heavy beast behave. That 12' garage bay was an awesome feature, you could just keep loading gear and always had more room, I miss that now as I struggle to fit all of our stuff in the new TT's limited outside storage bays!

Thanks for all the comments... My wife is pretty pleased with her truck... I still have my '10 f-150.
Not sure what wheels they are. It came with them, but I am pretty sure they are from Les Schwab. They are not overly blingy, which we both appreciate.
The kids love all the room and we can't wait to hook it up and go to the dunes. We have a Fleetwood Redline 23 footer (27 ft overall length). #5,600 lbs dry weight. My '10 pulls it ok, but can't put the tailgate down when hitched. The gates on the X solve that problem!

Need to find some weather tech or Husky liner mats, seat covers, and of course, headers.

My favorite color. Welcome to the group.

And we are NOT "dysfunctional" ..... buhwahahaha :-fire

Weather tech is a nicer designed floor mat, I have them and the fit perfect. Honestly though I like the Husky liners better, they have a lip all the way around including by the door, which keeps everything contained, the weather tech is flat by door, allows for hang up free entering of the truck but I found snow melt would run into the carpet. Wet Okole seat covers are awesome, I bought a set for my bros 4x4 Van as a gift and they are top notch but pricey
