just havin lunch... been a slow day today... so getting a bit of stuff done.... hoping my lunch will stop the shakes too... been hungry since i got here so either sugar flew up or dropped low.. and no not a diabetic..

its looking like it wants to rain here. and has been off an on.. but just looking like it was to drop a ton of it..

You can keep the rain and tornadoes down south. We don't need that stuff up here. Looks like the Carolinas got hit pretty hard. Weather this year has just sucked all round.

Hope lunch cures the shakes. I know the feeling. Hits me once in a while during a workout when I just plain run out of fuel.

yup thats what ive heard.... we havent had any tornaders here with the last couple.. did have a waterspout in january though... i want a nice "bad" thunderstorm... i love them things...

i think part of it has to do with the temp fluctuations in here... keeps going hot cold hot cold hot cold.. plus being hungry lol..
