Check out Sanderson Headers; I've got a set of block huggers to put a Cleveland in my 64. They are very well made, the flanges are thicker than any others I've seen. They have several different styles of cleveland huggers, I bet one will fit Cleveland around your '65

a 65 should be a lot easier than 64 and earlier... at least you have modern motor-mounts... The headers are the hardest part, there aren't many people still makeing parts for the Clevelands

Which brings up the point that unless you already have a pile of Cleveland stuff laying around the house (I did...so I got stoopid) I'd look at the Windsor motors instead - after market heads flow just as well as the Clevie stuff (unless you want 4BBl heads, which are a total waste on the street) and the parts are a LOT cheaper and easier to find. They haven't made Clevelands in 30 years (God I'm old...)

what do u mean by modern motor mounts? whats so difficult i already have the motor built, and all the parts. so what would i have to do to make it work???

by modern mounts I mean your truck will have two mounts on either side of the motor, and a third at the rear of the transmission. '64 and Earlier trucks had one mount slung under the damper pulleys and one at either side at the rear of the motor - the transmission dangled off in space.

As for what else you would have to do to make it work, that depends on what motor/transmission you have now and if the motor mounts and bellhousing are the same. You haven't posted enough info to answer that...

1971 to 73 cougar or mustang headers fit like a glove in the Ford pu with a Cleveland, Hooker makes the super comp type and you cant go wrong with them
Good luck with your project!
