Anyone Know Where I can Get 8in PVC SCH40?
 

I need a 5 or 6 foot scrap piece. Lowes/Home Depot/Locke don't carry larger than 6in pvc drain pipe.

The one place I found is on Hwy 20 just outside Owasso/Collinsville but they sell whole 20 foot pieces for close to 200 bucks.

Anyone have any leads on where I can find a piece?

(I'm going to cut them into smaller tubes for use on my sons drift trikes that i'm building for them.)

Have you checked Locke Supply? Also, maybe a plumber would have scrap.

Lowes and homedepot will prob be the only ones with short lengths, the water store or Ewing might have 10' that you can buy.

Yep, already checked and Lowes/HomeDepot/Locke don't carry anything larger than 6 inch.

I don't know any plumbers. Will try calling around to the plumbing shops next.

I called around today and Lowes/Home Depot does not special order that stuff unless you buy a truckload. Not giving up yet. Will keep checking locally.

Nevermind. I finally found some scrap 8 inch pvc. :)

hehe. soon. I need to cut off the rear axle bolts and reweld them on straight. And I may need to shorten the rear axle. Hope to get the front pedal assemblies made this weekend. Got some free donor kids chairs to use for each trike last weekend.
