KBB gives a private party value even in poor condition of $7300.
Mechanically it's really good, but the rust is in the typical Ford areas.
Interior is in really good condition ( Red )
There are Lund running board also, the brackets rusted away.

That's not a bad deal

That is basically what my truck is minus the power seat and sliding rear window and I paid 8,250. I don't have any rust on the body anywhere yet but I think you still got a hell of deal. You could spend 3,000 to have the rust fixed and painted and still get your money out of it.
