Yep...
Josh to install my BPD EGR cooler. I talked to the people over at Fugate Ford. They did head gaskets before I bought it and anytime the heads are off they clean the turbo. So I won't have to do that unless I want to with the way I drive. While the intake is off it's going to get a good cleaning to remove all the carbon/soot. I do have an intact EGR system but it's turned off with a tune. Right now I guess I should go out and do that relative compression test. Truck is nice and warm for the Costco run and dinner break. Yes dinner at Costco Chicken Bake. Yummy! Sean :drink :-fire |

Sent from my Telegraph using IB AutoGroup 1) Passenger side the lower 2 VC bolts if you don't have a 12mm flex ratchet wrench 2) Passenger side oil rail is a biotch without a stubby torx bit or at least a mini 1/4" ratchet 3) I hate removing the FICM brackets for whatever reason. As for intakes, that part isn't bad, I despise re-installing the turbo no matter how many times I have done it. Josh |

Found that loosening the pipes at the exhaust manifolds made it real easy. |
You know if you look at the two images
