Occassional rough idle-1996 Cali f250

Did a lot lot of searching on things to check before I posted not sure where to go next. I'll try to give as much info.
After the WTS light ends, Truck starts up within 3 seconds of turning key. No smoke at all, no blow by. When first started it idles smooth. Sometimes, not all the time, after it warms up there is a rough idle that comes and goes. Like the idle dips up and down from the normal 675 to 500 or so. It will do it for a awhile then stop and idle great. Some days it won't even do it at all. This is when sitting at stop lights. When she's going down the road, I have plenty of power and rides fine.
I did get my scan-gauge 2 to read a few things. The EBP at idle is 14.8 and that goes up when I'm on the gas. The ICP at idle was 420 to 450 and it would get up to 2500 when on the gas. The IPR duty was 9.8 to 10.5 at idle and I seen it get up to 35 when on the gas.
It's almost as if it wants to die at idle. I already replaced the cps twice with blue, purple o-ring ones from ford. It still does it even with the old grey one.
Where do I go from here? Not sure what to check next since this doesn't do it all the time and I don't have a CEL.
Thanks for the help as always.......

A little more info.... All of the above readings were when it was idling relatively good. It wasn't acting up when I had the scangauge plugged in. Also a few weeks ago when it was acting up I was sitting in the parking lot and I unplugged the ICP and the idle smoothed out. Does that help?

I would try a new ICP. IIRR unplugging the ICP defaults the computer to what it needs to read.

Unplug the ICP and see if it stops. You'll probably notice a drop in power while its unplugged
