Anyone Near Winchester?

I am very interested in a truck in Winchester and am curious if anyone is familiar with the truck, or close enough to take a look for me?

There was a guy near there but he hasn't been around lately. Nearest I can think of is Franklin S of there. I'm near Martinsville.
