Alternator wiring diagram

I have 90 model F150 with a 300 6 cyl. I have had the bad luck to have experience the infamous alternator fire that I read so much about in these forums. At any rate, the fire destroyed the alternator harness. I have purchased the new alternator plugs, but I need a wiring diagram for the ford alternators with two plugs. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Alternator wiring diagram

I guess it's like the same one on Mustangs? The 2G?

Here's one for a Mustang.

Help

I have a 1974 F-100. The wiring is shot, scabbed together from previous owner. I need to figure out how the charging and starting circuits are wired...any help would be very much appreciated.

1974 was like this if you have a "gen" light in the dash.
