Pull up the B.E.S.T. map and it will show a number of folks across the country with AE's. The two listed are:

Srteach - Twin Falls Idaho
Edogsf350 - Jerome Idaho

There are most likely others that have not informed anyone that they have an AE in this area

So with the help from a FTE brother it looks like this weekend I will be able to get my truck hooked up to a AE Scanner.

My questions are what numbers are standard and what should I be looking for?
I have never used a scanner like this and dont know all the test and features and what peramiteres my sensors should read?
What should a rookie do like myself while using scanner to look at and give the old truck a clean bill of health?

Any help would be great. Thanks

Tugly has a (very) detailed lesson thread on the AE diagnostics. You could start reading there. bring a notebook and settle in for a long read. It has LOTS of information, though.

Nice. I found a few links and videos from a guy "woodnthings" last night and learned a bunch...

srteach 02-23-2014 12:34 PM

Yes, I have the full ford package with AE. I can even read my work van info (2013 E250).

Heading back to Pocatello tomorrow with my AE and a couple batteries.
