they eat like 5 times thier weight each day and are clearing out the mississippi river. i heard the fish were traveling up to great lakes....... and if they make it they will destroy...fishing wise ect. |

I saw a fishing show the other night a some guy caught one. He was raking thie serrated part on the top of its head, then he threw it back in. Catch and release.
I thought they were a salt water fish. |

If they fly, you can use a fly rod to catch them or rename them skeet.

They aren't actually "flying fish", more like jumping fish. They are a type of carp that when aggitated by something like a boat motor will jump out of the water to attack whatever is making the noise. Saw it on TV a couple days ago. The things would actually jump into the boats. It was crazy. And they were big fish too.
